Rose Kennedy
Rose Kennedy began her real
estate career in 1976 and
became a Broker in 1986. She
acquired G.R.I. and C.R.S.
designations in 1996 and
specializes in home, income,
commercial, acreage and farm
sales. Currently she is
Designated Broker at
Fairfield Farm and Home Real Estate.
Rose is a member of the
Fairfield Rotary Club. Rose and her husband, Jim,
are the parents of five
grown children, six
grandchildren and two great
grand-children. Rose's
hobbies include gardening,
watching athletic events
(football, basketball,
softball and golf), browsing
through antique stores and
going to auctions.

Dearborn
Linda Dearborn has been
working in real estate since
1998. She has been a member
of Fairfield Farm and Home Real
Estate since the beginning
in early 2007. Specializing
in residential real estate,
Linda has also achieved a
certified real property
appraisal license. She has
earned the Master
Residential Appraiser
designation. She currently
operates her own appraisal
business, Dearborn Appraisal
Company, from the Farm and
Home
office. Linda and her
husband, Ron, live on a
small acreage near Packwood
and enjoy gardening and
landscaping and
grandchildren.

Rich
Weatherall
Rich joined Fairfield Farm
and Home
Real Estate as a Sales
Associate in March 2007. He
had recently retired after
15 years of service with
Buena Vista University,
including 6 years as
Director of the Ottumwa
Center. Rich previously had
14 years experience in
Credit Union management in
Texas, and also served 4
years as an officer in the
US Army. He manages several
investment properties,
including apartment
buildings in Fairfield and
Ottumwa, and is also a
partner in several
commercial real estate
projects in Fairfield. Rich
enjoys bowling, stamp
collecting, and traveling.
He and his wife, Karen,
reside in Keosauqua. They
are parents to a son and two
daughters.

Alexander
Doug recently joined
Fairfield Farm and Home Real Estate.
After 22 years in the food
service industry, Doug went
on to successful 4 years of
auto sales before retiring
in January, 2007. Over the
years he has also managed
investment properties
including apartment and
commercial buildings. A 20
year resident of Fairfield,
Doug and wife Judy raised 3
sons in Fairfield. Doug
spends his leisure time
playing golf, gardening &
landscaping, and playing
with his 4 grandchildren.
Doug also serves as
secretary of Fairfield BPO
Elks Lodge #1192 and is a
member of the Fairfield
Lions Club.

Sandra
Clingan
Sandra Clingan began her
real estate career in 1994
with Lefty's Real Estate and
recently joined Fairfield
Farm and Home Real Estate. She received her
Broker's license in 2002 and
specializes in residential,
commercial and farm sales.
Sandra is a member of the
First Christian Church where
she serves as an Elder and
is secretary to the Church
Board. She is also a member
of the Chamber of Commerce
Ambassadors. Sandra and her
husband are parents of five
grown children, 17
grandchildren and one great
grandchild. Sandra's
hobbies are spending time
with the grandchildren,
reading, needlepoint and
doing crosswords.
